Zabbix Server crash at starting by error NULL item

      I found the important bug on Zabbix server.

      I do not the reason why on 4.0.18 item is created with error column NULL.
      So, Configuration Syncer crashed at DCstrpool_replace().

      My environment is CentOS 7 and using mariadb.
