Table task / task_close_problem is never cleared.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Manual close a open problem
      2. In DB (PostgreSQL) a new task is created in table task and task_close_problem
      3. After problem is resolved the tasks remain in the tables.
      4. So table tasks is growing and internal process 'Taskmanager' gets busier and busier.
