Issue with zoom out appears in: Triggers top 100, Availability report, audit, action log.

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to Reports -> Trigger top 100.
2. click - "zoom out" button, until there will be period 2 years. 

Result:
Page refreshes, zoom-out button is active. Arrow to the right of zoom out button is active too. (wrong)

Expected:
Should be inactive. no page refresh. (correct)
