Unneeded calling am_db_remove_expired_mediatypes() after boot

      Alert Syncer calls am_db_remove_expired_mediatypes() for removing unused mediatypes from own db, that is not used for one day. But it also calls after boot.
      So, I post the patch not to call after one day spending.
