'undef' in e-mail subject

      Sometimes, when i got alert via e-mail, it's subject starts with 'undef', for example:

      undefserver1: Processor load is too high - PROBLEM

      as i said, this happens only sometimes and usually it's ok:

      server1: Processor load is too high - PROBLEM
