Replace "frontends/php" directory with short path

      Currently, "make dist" fails with error

error: the above filenames are too long
make[2]: *** [Makefile:642: distdir-am] Error 1
make[1]: *** [Makefile:633: distdir] Error 2
make: *** [Makefile:743: dist] Error 2

      To solve this problem needs to reduce the path.
