Putting emojis like 💡 or 🔸 in message body in new Telegram media type fails with message:

in 5.0rc1:

Incorrect response received from Zabbix server "localhost".

in 4.4.8:  

Sending failed: Bad Request: text must be encoded in UTF-8.

Some other emojis like ⚠️, ✅, ℹ️ or ❗️ works without any problem.

Using external python alertscript (https://github.com/eternnoir/pyTelegramBotAPI) works with any emojis in both 4.4 and 5.0.
