vfs.dev.read[] and vfs.dev.write[] returns float instead of numeric, and numbers make no sense

      vfs.dev.read[] returns float instead of numeric, and numbers make no sense, when compared to iostat -dx.

      vfs.dev.read[] by default should show number of sectors read.

      Same applies to vfs.dev.read[]
