Steps to reproduce:

1. Install 5.0
2. Change something
3. Check audit log

Result:

• Case 1: change network discovery rule, get result - something changed and prefix "[2]", what does it mean "[2]"?.

• Case 3: how can i find description about auditable things and details available (no description in the docs|https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/current/manual/web_interface/frontend_sections/reports/audit)?

Expected:
Documented audit log and stable behaviour for all data in details field.
