Steps to reproduce:

1. Look at template_app_haproxy_http.xml on github
2. FRONTEND discovery -> Item Prototypes
3. HAProxy Frontend {#PXNAME}: Incoming traffic and HAProxy Frontend {#PXNAME}: Outgoing traffic have their units incorrect, should be bps instead of Bps
4. I looked at template_app_haproxy_agent.xml, I think they are correct, but worth a re-check by someone else too.
