      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Enable SSO authentication.
      2. Create user
      3. Login as new created user
      4. Under user profile change password

      Result:

      1. Now you are able to login using an internal password instead of SSO and bypass SSO

      Expected:
      SSO user is not able to define and provide internal password for authorization
