"No refresh" interval is not being copied for new widget

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create new widget (for.ex. Clock)
      2. Set refresh interval to "No refresh"
      3. Save Dashboard.
      4. Copy this widget.
      5. Edit Dasboard, click Paste.
      6. Open widget's copy configuration.

      Result: Field Refresh interval is filled with default value (15 minutes)
      Expected: Field Refresh interval is filled with the same value, that original widget has - "No refresh"
