Runtime error appears changing database name on nonexistent

      Steps to reproduce:

      In ui/conf/zabbix.conf.php change 'DATABASE' name to nonexistent.

      Try to login/enter zabbix (or simply refresh page).

      Result:

      Expected:
      No runtime error
