Official documentation https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/current/manual/config/templates_out_of_the_box/requirements/mysql says:
2. Copy the template_db_mysql.conf file (found in the templates directory of the downloaded latest Zabbix version) into folder with Zabbix agent configuration (/etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.d/ by default). Don't forget restart Zabbix agent.
Template DB MySQL/Template DB MySQL by Zabbix agent description says:
2.Copy Template_DB_MySQL.conf into folder with Zabbix agent configuration (/etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.d/ by default). Don't forget restart zabbix-agent.
Firstly, it's confusing when mentioned two different file names.

Secondly, no template_db_mysql.conf nor Template_DB_MySQL.conf file found in any of the Zabbix components folders.
The only place where file with such name can be found is https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/repos/zabbix/browse/templates/db/mysql_agent
In Ubuntu repo installation there's similar file named userparameter_mysql.conf located in /usr/share/doc/zabbix-agent but documentation (so as template description) doesn't indicate should i rename this file when copy to /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.d/. If should, what file name it must be?
