Item error message is behind the menu

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Start server and Agent 2
      2. Create item for postgresql monitoring by Agent 2
      3. Set item key as "pgsql.db.age[{$PG.CONN.URI},{$PG.USER},{$PG.PASSWORD}]" with valid macros
      4. Select type of information as "Numeric (unsigned)"
      5. Menu should be open
      6. Wait till item become unsupported
      7. Click on item info icon

      Result:
      error message is behind menu, need to close menu to see all tooltip
      Expected:
      error message fit to window with open menu
