1. Media created (pic.1).  If I press button Test - media work and write to own log file.
2. Admin has this media connected in the same way as media email (pic.2).
3. If a problem occurs, admin receives an email, but the script does not work out and Failed is written on the Problems screen (pic. 3). What is the cause of the error is not clear.
4. Log search gives nothing

How can I diagnose why the script does not run?
