Autoregestration broken with Cert only

      Hi autoregestration with cert only is not working anymore

      I use autoregestration for all my Windows Clients and after the upgrade to 5.0.0 and 5.0.1 it is broken with this message:

      3356709:20200622:163454.768 autoregistration from "192.168.1.193" denied (host:"opsi" ip:"192.168.1.193" port:10050): connection type "TLS with certificate" is not allowed for autoregistration

      I only use CERT only cause libressl dont support PSK so its not possible to change to PSK for me.

      In 4.4 Version this works but 5.X its broken.
