Widget refresh rate is not saved in user profile

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Have dashboard with widget
      2. Change widget refresh rate from dropdown menu
      3. Reload page
      4. Open widget refresh rate dropdown menu for the same widget

      Result:
      Changes are not persisted.

      Expected:
      Changes should persist.
