      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Follow "Enabling Zabbix on root directory of URL" on https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/current/manual/installation/requirements/best_practices.
      2. Try access with HTTP protocol.

      Result:

      It won't redirect you to HTTPS.

      Expected:

      The web server redirects user access to HTTP to HTTPS.
