Steps to reproduce:

1. Changes in configuration...  Can't upgrade to Zabbix 4.0.22. When I upgrade Zabbix 4.0.10 to 4.0.22, I saw the compatible Issue of openssl1.0.0 for zabbix 4.0.22. But I have already install openssl1.0.2 on SLES12SP3. Since openssl1.0.2 is higher than openssl1.0.0, the compatible issue can't happen.
2. Navigate to screen title...   > Problem: nothing provides libcrypto.so.1.0.0(OPENSSL_1.0.0)(64bit) needed by zabbix-agent-4.0.22-1.el12.x86_64
   > Problem: nothing provides libcrypto.so.1.0.0(OPENSSL_1.0.0)(64bit) needed by zabbix-sender-4.0.22-1.el12.x86_64
   > Problem: nothing provides libcrypto.so.1.0.0(OPENSSL_1.0.0)(64bit) needed by zabbix-server-mysql-4.0.22-1.el12.x86_64
   > Problem: nothing provides libcrypto.so.1.0.0(OPENSSL_1.0.0)(64bit) needed by zabbix-agent-4.0.22-1.el12.x86_64
   >  Solution 1: do not install zabbix-agent-4.0.22-1.el12.x86_64
   >  Solution 2: break zabbix-agent-4.0.22-1.el12.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies
