Unused "in-progress" class results in missing loading state in Monitoring -> Hosts

Instead, it should be "is-loading" class.

"is-loading" class style should be updated to work as expected in conjunction with table, that will be presented in "loading" state with delay.

"in-progress" class does not exist. This issue arose because merge did not find appropriate conflicts.
