Steps to reproduce:

1. Create 2 items with same name under one host (example: Item1)
2. Go to Monitoring->Overview.
3. Filter by hosts (where 2 created items exists)

Result:
Only last created item displayed. 
Expected:
2 items in different lines displayed. Like in Zabbix 4.0 version.
