zabbix-operator-certified is not working in OCP4

      OCP4.5 and image: registry.connect.redhat.com/zabbix/zabbixoperator-certified:v0.0.3

      when I deploy the zabbix-operator-certified from operatorhub into OCP4 with zabbixfull. the pod mariadb always prompts the table users empty and not initialized. Also I found I can't customize the parm start_vmware_collectors for VMware monitoring. once I change the template and deploy with the new one, this parm will be recovered with blank.
