VM Zabbix 5.0.2 not expand macros

      standart VM from OVA

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. base install VM zabbix 5.0.2
      2. via web interface create a host with snmp monitor target on real network switch
      3. assign the host template "Template Net Network Generic Device SNMP"
      4. wait low level discovery
      5. (optional) assign a report channel 

      Result:

      macros in problem name not get real value, for example:
