Steps to reproduce:

1. create two hosts and one item in each
2. create graph and add one item from this host and one from another

Result:

• graph has created in these two hosts
• well, if I consider to remove unneeded graph from one host it also removes from other!

Expected:
Create only one graph in host I'm working on.
