Steps to reproduce:

1. enter the zabbix root directory
2. initialize the frontend test environment: ant init-frontend-mysql
3. run the test case: cd ui/tests; phpunit --bootstrap=bootstrap.php selenium/testFormItemPreprocessingTest.php

Result:
when the code trigger the form's sumbit event, noting happened and the case would not find any element that expected, then failed.
Expected:
the case run succefully.
