System information view allowed to zabbix user from widget

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. For Zabbix Users doesn't have permisson to show system information but in dashboard view is allowed.
      2. Important deny access to zabbix users(Read Only) don't view the System Information on the menu dashboard.

      3. On the menu dashboard appear the option.

      1. It's posible create new dashboard with system information widget from zabbix user.
