Unrecoverable SNMPv3 link Down Problem

      Steps to reproduce:

      1.  Configure a Switch Device with " Template SNMPv3 AES - EN "
      2. wait for Doscovery and new Triggers Created
      3. Plug a device to port
      4. Unplug it
      5.  Wait for the "Link Down" Problem

      Result:
      You have a " Problem " that is no other way to recover it unless you reconect the device to the port
      Expected:
      I need some way to recover this alarm Without reconecting device

      right now when i close it manualy its regerate afte a minute
