Current servicenow webhook works perfectly until we decided to add 
data.incident_state as part JSON body for recovery operation => means that incident is closed in servicenow once marked as RESOLVED in zabbix / Problem - Status section.
 
Then, when manually closing problem , zabbix sends two messages almost at the same time. * recovery operation

Sometimes it happens update operation fails, because recovery one was faster.
