problem stays on Screens a while even if after problem resolved

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create screen like below without specifying any Host.
      2. Tigger a problem(in our test, it's [trigger_test])
      3. Close the problem and you could see it is still staying on the screen which Created in first step, but you also could see it disappeared from 「Host:CCC」's Screen.
        It means this only happens when several problems on the Issue status.

        Expected:
        problem should be disappeared on the Screens after problem resolved.
