Steps to reproduce:

1. Installed Zabbix Agent 5.0.3
2. Started Zabbix agent service
3. Received error in zabbix agent log file
4. Stopped zabbix agent service
5. Installed Zabbix Agent 4.0.24
6. Started Zabbix agent service
7. No error in zabbix agent log file

Result:

Expected:
Expect no error in zabbix log file.  Only change was the zabbix_agentd.exe, zabbix_get.exe, and zabbix_sender.exe files.
