This bug is not critical, but...

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to screen Monitoring -> Dashboard, select some dashboard, click "Edit dashboard" button, then click the "+ Add widget" button;
2. The first element in the "Add widget" frame is the "Type"; you can expand the drop-down list by clicking the small "down" arrow at the right part of the current value;
3. Click "Cancel" button twice, then slightly change configuration: User settings -> Language -> select "Russian (ru_RU)" -> Update;
4. Repeat the step above: click "Edit dashboard" button ("Изменить панель"), then click the "+ Add widget" button ("+ Добавить виджет");

Result:
It's impossible to expand the same list clicking on the small arrow (see screenshots at the forum), as well as right part of this element. The drop-down list could be expanded by clicking to the left or central part of the current value.

Expected:
Expanding the drop-down list as it occurs for the English interface.
