Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a proxy.
2. Create a host, assign it to the proxy/
3. Create a calculated item.
4. Create a dependent item (master is calculated item).

Result:
Calculated item is working, the dependent has no data. This only happens if host is behind a proxy.

Expected:
The dependent item should have data.

Please see the host export XML. First host, "Test Host 01" has no proxy, second "Test Host 02" one has one. Hosts' items are identical but problems arise with the second host.
