Missing an asterisk near "Timeout" in item form
Steps to reproduce:

1. Create item with type HTTP agent
2. Fill required fields
3. Remove value from timeout field
4. Try to save item

Result: there is no asterisk but get error "Invalid parameter "/timeout": cannot be empty."
Expected result: asterisk for the timeout because it is required field
