In ZBXNEXT-6157 Step 2 in setup wizard was changed to show/hide fields using javascript without full page reload.

In parallel development ZBXNEXT-6107 new fields was added using old approach (where page is completely reloaded to show/hide necessary fields).

As the result, after both branches was merged into master, there is non-consistent behavior where changes in Vault related fields makes full page reload but others are not. Form should be managed using javascript only.
