value cache working in low memory mode - V 5.0.3/5.0.4

      Controlling about 400 server and 16000 item and 7000 trigger.

      The system run about 30% of value cache.. after about 15 day goes to 90% .. for reset this situation I restart zabbix-server... increase value cache in the configuration file do not resolve..

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Only time.. you wait and this occour
