when mass-updating host profile data, layout and usability of controls is sub-optimal.

1. checkboxes for profile fields are at the same level as the first level checkboxes. instead, they should be indented;

2. if "use profile" is checked, it is followed by "Use extended profile" checkbox, and only then profile fields. fields for each profile type should follow profile checkbox (and be indented, as per previous point)
