fping does not work after upgrade from 5.0.2 to 5.0.4 on CentOS 8

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. upgrade from 5.0.2 to 5.0.4 on CentOS 8

      Result:

      all ICMP Pinger Items get unsupported

      zabbix_server.log:

      3365667:20201007:102505.566 item "xxxx:icmppingloss" became not supported: fping failed: 81.28.141.247 : [1], 84 bytes, 3.91 ms (3.92 avg, 0% loss)

      and:

      1727257:20201007:103019.313 Cannot detect the minimum interval of /usr/sbin/fping6
