Describe SourceIP parameter

      Some Zabbix components have SourceIP configuration parameter. Current description is:

      Source IP address for outgoing connections.

      It is not correct in case of connections with database.

      It is nice to document which connections can use Source IP when the parameter is specified. Including default configuration files as well!
