Steps to reproduce:

1. Add lld override in a given discovery rule as specified below, ticking off "create enabled" and "discover" and setting both to "Yes":
   

Result:
When the prototype item/trigger is discovered for the first time, this lld override works as expected.
But when the discovery rule runs the 2nd, 3nd time etc.., the "Create enabled" field is ignored, and the discovered item status is not modified (enabled or disabled depending on the override logic), but "update interval", "history storage period" and "trend storage period" IS modified on the discovered item.
Expected:
Expected the discovered item status to be updated according to the LLD Override, not just on the first "discovery" of the item.
