Hello,

I have clean installation of Zabbix 5.2 and configured notification via Telegram to my Telegram group.

I configured media types and I then tried to send test message (Administration -> Media Types -> Test) to my Telegram group and it works perfect.

But if there is macro "To" {ALERT.TO} and User have configured Telegram group, then sending failed with error "Sending failed: Bad Request: chat not found.". Recipient group in Reports -> Action log is same as during test.

I replace Macro "To" under Media Types to my Group ID and notifications are working without any issue.
