Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Zabbix Server 5.2.0 (CentOS 8)
2. Install Zabbx Proxy 5.0.5 (CentOS 7)

Result:
When starting proxy i get from logs:

failed to update local proxy configuration copy: unexpected field "globalmacro.type"

and the proxy doesn't receive the configuration and doesn't works.

Tested against proxy 5.0.5, 5.0.4, 5.0.1 running in CentOS 7

Zabbix Proxy 5.2.0 works as expected ( teste on Debian 10)

But I can't update CentOS 7 zabbix proxy to 5.2.0 because no rpm packages are available right now.
