Steps to reproduce:

1. Creating an imaginary host to open a connection for ODBC check to SQL DB 
2. Item with necessary db user and pass was created. SQL query is pasted.
3. After getting some data around few min. it randomly disable itself from template and item.

Result:
Template and host item disables without any error as see at screenshots
Expected:
Receiving datas from sql queries and see them at latest data . No disabling item from template or host.
