Steps to reproduce:
Setup a client wihch uses valid PSK. (DIFFERENT PSK THAN AUTOREGISTRATION PSK)

Add config setting `HostMetadata` to the client.

Result:
Autoregistration actions are executed for the host (Eg. host is added to Discovered hosts group)

Expected:
Expected no action taken related to aut-registration with incorrect PSK.

Without the `HostMetadata` the feature works properly and host is not subject to autoregistration actions. It logs error:

connection used PSK which is not configured for autoregistration
