Hi I'm using zabbix 3.4.15 (I know is old but I have other templates working fine) and a template haproxy with all by default in false or disabled

when I try to discovery any backed, frontend, or server, in prototype are all disables itemes to be created because is many items and that's is fine...

the issue is when I try to ONLY discovery and select a particolar item I want to see... zabbix create all even if on tab created enable is NO. why?

items are loaded on disabled mode and that's ok but as far I know NOT must be created if that set is NO. correct?.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Import HAproxy template
2. Add host into HAproxy template
3. All Discovery are false by default
4. Enable any of 3 discovery backend, frontend or server
5. With ALL items prototypes by default in NOT CREATED when you enable it on the hosts any of thouse discovery , they appears on host in disable mode....

Expected:
the expected screen will be create and enable ONLY on PROTOTYPE INTEMS are on YES option in the Create enable tab.
