Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable compression
2. Disable item override periods and save

Result:
It causes errors in database deletion and fills up logs. I found 4GB worth of postgresql and zabbix_server log files in my server after few days!

Expected:
Zabbix should not allow to disable housekeeping overrides while compression is enabled.

It seems like it may also be useful to have separate settings for separate types of data for both compression and housekeeping
