Steps to reproduce:

1. Changes in configuration..no.
2. Navigate to screen title..no.
3. Click on screen element..no.
4. HTTP agent does not work with sites containing Cyrillic characters in encoding other than UTF 8.

When trying to get the page, an error occurs: Server returned invalid UTF-8 sequence.
