discovery still tries to run fping6 even if no ipv6 range is used

      even if no discovery rule specifies ipv6 range, server still tries to execute fping6. server logs contain :

      2743:20100129:124911.677 /usr/sbin/fping6: [2] No such file or directory

      the only active discovery rule has range 192.168.x.1-255 (x being single digit)
