Steps to reproduce:
1.Changes Trigger data storage period from 365d to 1d
2. run zabbix_server -R housekeeper_execute

Result:
The data will be deleted by the first housekeeping, but after the second time it will be min_clock + 4 hours, and if the period is changed significantly, it will take time to delete.
There may be a period when nothing is deleted.

Expected:
Zabbix might as wellchecks most oldest data from DB in housekeeping every time
