Host import is not validating "Check for not supported value" preprocessing step requirements

      Host import is not validating the required "Custom on fail" action of the "Check for not supported value" preprocessing step.

      It produces an invalid (broken) item configuration if the "Custom on fail" action is not present in an exported template:


      (no way to select "Custom on fail" action)

      The attached template could be used to check the issue.
